strenghten ur ankles by running a lot at practice and at home and i like to wrap my ankles up in medical tape

I have weak ankles and I used to wrap mine with tape and then put ankle braces over them. With the shin guards and socks on no one will notice.
pretty much by rubbing with a strong hold, do not! run loosely or loose strenght while running or it might twist and break.
tape them but not real thight, try not to get tackled to low and dont step on the ball or in any holes on the field
Strengthening your ankle muscles and tendons in the offeseason through cross training and specific ankle strengthening exercises. Also have good shoes and shin guards. If you play long enough you are going to roll on your ankle at least a bit, it happens. If your ankles are strong you might not get any injury at all, or maybe just a mild sprain. If your ligaments and tendons are weak you could be out for a while with a severe sprain or even a fracture.
